Horizontal ultrasonic welding machine for welding details made of thermoplastic (PP, PC, PU, PA, PBT, PES, PVC, PM, etc.) with the possibility of setting: welding time, sonotrode fall speed, welding pressure pressure, welding depth, number (counting) of welded parts. The heat required for ultrasonic welding is obtained as a result of vibrations of the material molecules. Vibrations are brought to one of the details as a result of pressing an ultrasonic tool (sonotrode) to it.
