Modified Atmosphere Packaging (MAP) Machine for Trays

The HVT-450M is a modern semi-automatic tray packaging machine, designed for professional packaging machines and food production lines. The machine enables packaging in Modified Atmosphere Packaging (MAP) technology, significantly extending shelf life while maintaining product freshness, quality, and safety.

This solution is ideal for food processing plants, production facilities, distribution centers, and supermarket supply chains.

MAP Function – Modified Atmosphere Packaging

MAP packaging replaces the air inside the tray with a protective gas mixture, which:

• inhibits the growth of microorganisms responsible for food spoilage,

• reduces oxidation processes,

• slows down respiration of active products (e.g. fruit),

• significantly extends product shelf life.

Standard Operating Modes

The HVT-450M packaging machine is equipped as standard with the following functions:

1. MAP with vacuum (vacuum + gas flushing + sealing)

2. Sealing only (without vacuum and gas)
