Application:

Professional automatic vacuum packing machine for products in plastic trays (suggested PP trays).

The device is most often used for packing food products such as meat, sausages, convenience products.

Vacuum packaging allows to extend the shelf life of food products up to 5 times!

Articles packed in vacuum retain color and smell!

Function:

The model is adapted to packing with overtaking - sucks the air, lets in a mixture of food gases, closes the tray with foil from the roll, warming it tightly to its edge.

Operation of the entire work cycle takes place on the front control panel.

The maintenance operations are very simple and are limited to placing the tray with the product in the chamber, and then pressing the button that activates the work cycle.

The device is made of stainless steel.

The device chamber moves during operation from one side of the device to the other (film below).

Packer easy to use and maintain, solidly made and reliable.

It is equipped with a reliable pump that guarantees a vacuum of 99.9%.

The offer applies to a device adapted to trays with dimensions 210 x 160 x 45mm (US 8.3 x 6.3 x 1.8").

For additional payment it is possible to adapt the packer to other sizes.
