The machine is installed with three separate feeding and filling systems:
1. Liquid filling unit;
A) Filling by precision ceramic pump, tolerance 土0.2g.
B) Each filling nozzle has a check valve to avoid leakage.
C) The filling position can be adjusted by HMI.
2. Liquid + granules filling unit;
A) Volumetric filling, servo controlled, tolerance 土0.3 grams.
B) Vacuum type material auto loading, material level line control, automatic cleaning function.
3. Liquid + powder filling unit;
A) Single head servo controlled screw type filling, tolerance 土0.5 grams.
