Application:
Semi-automatic line designed to create shrinkwraps.
The line consists of a BZJ-5038B pneumatic foamer and a BSE-5040A shrink tunnel.
Function:
The foil wraps the prepared products with foil from the roll, seals the foil and cuts off its excess, and then gives the product so prepared to the tunnel, in which the film shrinks under the influence of hot air on the product.
As a result, we receive a ready-made seal.
The tunnel has a product cooling system at the outlet.
The maximum loading capacity of the foil packer is 25 kg.
The products should be placed on the top of the foliar and the button initiating its operation should be pressed.
The solution is widely used in many industries when packaging eg beverages in bottles, cans, cartons, jars, candles, etc.
The price includes a conveyor belt to deliver products to be packed.
The line is efficient and easy to use.
