METAL DETECTOR / METAL DETECTION MACHINE FOR PACKAGED PRODUCTS

Professional metal detector designed for the inspection of products packed in bags and flexible film packaging. The device enables the detection of metal contamination in the product, such as iron, stainless steel, copper, zinc and other metals.

The metal detector is suitable for the food industry, production plants, pharmaceutical industry and all applications where quality control of the finished product is required before dispatch to the customer.

Application:

The device is designed for the inspection of loose, powder and packaged products. It can be used, among others, for checking powder mixtures, food products, semi-finished products and finished packages.

The metal detector can work with products packed in bags made of materials such as:

PET/PE
PET/PETmet/PE — metallized composite film
selected packaging containing aluminium

In the case of metallized packaging or packaging containing aluminium, detection performance may depend on the type of film, packaging thickness, product composition and machine settings. Tests on actual product and packaging samples are recommended.

The product can be transported on the conveyor in a lying position.

Technical notes:

For products packed in metallized films or packaging containing aluminium, it may be necessary to carry out a test using the actual product. Such packaging may affect detection sensitivity, therefore the final machine settings should be adjusted to the specific product, packaging type and working conditions.
